Wind streaks associated with craters in Memnonia, Mars, are shown in this Viking 2 Orbiter image. The streaks appear to exhibit lighter coloring in the interior, bounded by dark side lobes. The dark areas may represent areas of erosion, while the light streaks are caused by the deposition of light colored material. North is at 11:00 and the image is about 220 km across.
